CEVICHE RIA LOYALTY CARD — TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last updated: March 2026

1. Program OverviewThe Ceviche Ria Loyalty Card is a digital rewards program offered at all Ceviche Ria Restaurant locations. By enrolling in this program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. EnrollmentTo enroll in the Loyalty Card program, customers must provide their full name and phone number through our point-of-sale touchscreen at any participating location. An email address may be provided optionally. Enrollment is free and open to all customers.

3. Earning Stamps

• Customers earn one (1) stamp for every $10 spent in a single transaction.
• Stamps are awarded automatically upon payment completion.
• Only multiples of $10 are counted toward stamp accumulation. The remaining balance of any transaction is not carried over or accumulated toward future stamps.
• Stamp accumulation is calculated per transaction and is not cumulative across multiple transactions.
• Purchases under $10 do not qualify for stamp accumulation.

4. Eligible PurchasesStamps are awarded only on purchases made through the following channels:

• In-person purchases at any Ceviche Ria restaurant location.
• Phone orders with in-store or curbside pickup.

Purchases made through third-party delivery or ordering platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or any other third-party service do not qualify for stamp accumulation or reward redemption.

5. Rewards

• Upon collecting ten (10) stamps, the customer earns a $10 discount to be applied automatically on their next visit.
• The $10 discount is valid only on purchases greater than $10.
• The discount is applied automatically at the point of sale on the customer's next qualifying visit.
• After the discount is applied, the digital Loyalty Card resets automatically to zero stamps and the customer may begin earning stamps again.

6. Program ValidityThe Ceviche Ria Loyalty Card is valid at all Ceviche Ria Restaurant locations. Stamps earned at any location contribute to the same Loyalty Card balance and rewards may be redeemed at any participating location.

7. Stamp ExpirationStamps have no cash value and are non-transferable. Ceviche Ria reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

8. SMS Notifications

• Customers who opt in to SMS messaging will receive text notifications including stamp balance updates, reward alerts, and promotional offers.
• Message frequency varies based on visit frequency, typically 1-4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received or by requesting removal in person at any of our locations.

9. Program ModificationsCeviche Ria reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Card program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Limitation of LiabilityCeviche Ria is not responsible for any lost stamps due to technical errors, loss of phone number, or unenrollment from the program. Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
